Her work is also deeply informed by her leadership experience. For more than 20 years, she directed the Employee Assistance Program at Jefferson Health – Lehigh, supporting thousands of healthcare professionals in managing stress, burnout, and organizational change. She also developed programs in empathic leadership and effective communication for teams, giving her a unique perspective on both personal and professional challenges.Carolyn draws not only on her training but also on her own lived experiences—including navigating divorce and parenting transitions—which allows her to bring both expertise and genuine understanding to her work.
