Video Sessions
Video sessions use a HIPPA approved interface that patients can access from a computer or smart phone. Video sessions allow the therapist and client to see and hear each other while discussing the relevant topics. Video is recommended as the closest option to an in-person session.
Telephone Session
Telephone sessions can be held using any U.S. phone number that you provide. Telephone allows for the therapist and client to hear tone of voice and verbal cues during the counseling session. This option may be best for those that do not have video capabilities, and want more of a direct communication experience.
