About Integrated Counseling
Since 2012 Integrated Counseling offers licensed and professional counseling services for individuals, couples, and families.
Joseph B. Kelly, LPC
- State Licensed Professional Counselor
- Masters Counseling Psychology
- Certified in Positive Psychology
- Certified in Positive Psychology Coaching
- Certified in Holistic Nutrition
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an advanced Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.
Years of work with individuals, couples, and families provide me the skills, strengths, and clinical knowledge to help my patients in the core areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
My approach is both open and integrated. We concentrate on the areas that are most important to patients in helping them move from a place of conflict, confusion, and pain to realizing their potential to thrive.
Patients arrive at understanding, acceptance, and applied knowledge they use on a daily basis to enjoy their lives more than before.
Instead of engaging in our therapeutic relationship from a perspective of: “What is wrong with me/us?” We begin with: “What is right with me/us?”, “What are my/our strengths?”, and “What do I/we want to improve, manage, and change?”
We explore the various components that bring us a greater sense of well-being, confidence, and happiness and maximize them together based on the reality of your life, your relationships, and your present circumstances.
The results are specific changes in the core components of one’s life (Relationships, Work, Energy, Body) that provide both individuals and couples with increasing levels of happiness and contentment.
I am privileged and honored to work with people who are interested in exploring their potential to achieve purpose, meaning, and enjoyment in their life and in their relationships.
I thank you for your time and energies, and I appreciate that you come to us with some level of challenge, pain and discomfort.
Lindsay Hardenberg, LSW
- State Licensed Social Worker
- Masters Social Work
- Reiki 2 Certified
Many people enter therapy with concern that they will be judged and provided with a label, further causing negative feelings about the self, as the therapist focuses on "flaws". Lindsay actively defies this by using positive transformative language in order to shift perspectives, in turn promoting self confidence and acceptance.
Since 2011, Lindsay has been actively practicing with ages ranging from 5 to 85. She is a PA state Licensed Social Worker with expertise in children, adolescents, teens, and families. Lindsay also can incorporate theories and processes from the holistic subfield of psychology, Energy Psychology, to help her patients thrive and transform as individuals. She applies the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), as well as Reiki practices as a means of treating trauma and stress that becomes stored in the body. Lindsay also works with adult individuals of all ages, and couples, both in person and virtually.
Fear is the utmost root of all of our "negative" emotions that we experience such as sadness, anger and anxiety. These emotions become fixed states that were meant to be waves that would have otherwise passed through our being. Our individual energy affects each and every person that we come in contact with, especially our relationships. When we are experiencing fear and other "negative" currents of emotion, this causes us to become pulled further away from our authentic selves.
Many of the challenges and obstacles occur in our lives are due to us experiencing fear. When we process our fears, we can experience love and abundance within ourselves and share it with the ones we love, in turn healing ourselves and our relationships. You are not flawed, you are entering a transformative phase in your life. Lindsay will help you learn to access the positive of every "negative"!

- We both really appreciate the guidance and perspective that you offered us during a difficult time in our relationship. Our communication has greatly improved since we last saw you, and we feel like we are now able to better work through issues as a team. - It was a great session with Joe Kelly. I have new insight into the way I am processing my thoughts and feelings. I have never been in therapy before and really looking forward to the future sessions.- Will D. 4/23/2019
- I was a patient of Joe's briefly a few years back and considered him then to be one of the better therapists I have seen. I have been in therapy again with Joe for a few months (after trying local therapists and being unable to find a suitable one) and I cannot express my gratitude, first to God for reconnecting us with no obstacles, and secondly to Joe. Not only does he listen to every word I say but he provides feedback, food for thought, and options on where to go next. Joe is a rarity in a field where many want to squeeze you into a predefined box. He honestly wants to help....and he does.- Kim H. 2/19/2019
